The diagram below shows how orange juice is produced.
The diagram illustrates the process which is used to produce orange juice.
Overall, it can be seen that there are various of stages starting with the collection of fresh oranges and ending with the distribution of packed orange juices to the supermarkets.
First, oranges are picked and loaded onto the trucks before being delivered to the orange processing plant. After fresh oranges are washed by a machine, they are sent to a squeezing machine. At this stage, fresh juice is extracted, and the waste solid, including peels and seeds, is collected and used to feed animals. Next, the fresh juice can be either packed and conveyed to the supermarket, or transported by the refrigerator truck to another factory to undergo the evaporation process.
During the evaporating process, fresh juice is sent to the process where water is removed to make concentrated juice. Then, concentrated juice is canned before transporting to the warehouse. Following this, it is sent to a factory where it is combined with the water again to make orange juice. Finally, it is packed and sent to the supermarket, where it is ready to be purchased.
